Build
A proper website, made to turn visitors into booked estimates.
Answer
Every call, form and message gets a reply in under a minute.
Qualify
Fence type, footage, timeline — asked before you drive out.
Follow up
Quotes get chased on days 1, 3, 7 and 14 until you hear back.
Your website, built in and included
Most fence companies have a site that doesn't capture anything. Yours will, because it's wired straight into the system.
Six pages, built for you
Home, services, gallery, service area, about, contact. Your photos, your reviews, your towns.
Every form feeds the system
Nothing lands in an inbox nobody checks. A form at 9pm gets a text back in 60 seconds.
Hosted, secure, maintained
We host it, keep it updated and fix it when something breaks. Nothing for you to manage.
Free with a 12-month plan. $1,500 one-time on month-to-month. You keep your domain either way.
Where the work disappears
Leads you already paid for.

It won't embarrass you
Three hard rules, built in.
Never quotes a price
That number is always yours.
Stops when they reply
A real conversation cancels everything queued.
Never texts at 2am
Quiet from 9pm to 8am, their time.

What are your quiet quotes worth?
You know how many estimates go out. Almost nobody knows how many got a real conversation. That gap is the whole business case.
Sitting in quotes nobody chased
12 quotes go quiet a month.
How the math works
No assumptions hidden in it.
Quotes that go quiet
Estimates sent, minus the ones you hear back on.
What they were worth
Those quotes at your average job value and your own close rate.
What's realistic
Nobody recovers all of it. Plan on a quarter and you'll be close.
Run these numbers with us.
Fifteen minutes. If the gap is smaller than we cost, we'll tell you.
Straight answers
Getting started
Do I change my phone number?
No. You keep it. We add a tracking number that forwards to yours, so calls ring where they always have.
How fast is it running?
Seven days. Most of that is carrier approval for business texting, which every provider has to get.
What do you need from me?
Legal business name and EIN, Google Business and website access, the calendar to book onto, and a customer list if you have one.
How it behaves
Will customers know it's automated?
It reads like you typed it. And it stops the second they reply — from there you're in the conversation.
Will it quote prices?
Never. It finds out what the job involves and books your estimate. The number is yours.
Can I switch parts off?
Any workflow, any time, from the dashboard.
The website
I already have a website. Do I have to change it?
No. We can wire our form into the site you have. But most of the sites we see don't capture anything useful, and if we build it we can guarantee every lead reaches the system.
Who owns the website?
Your domain is always yours — we never register it in our name. The site itself is hosted by us and part of the service, so if you leave, you keep the domain and your content, and we'll help you move.
How long does the site take?
Built in the same week as everything else. We need your logo, photos of your work, and a list of the towns you serve.
Can I make changes to it?
Tell us what you want changed and we'll do it, usually same day. Two rounds of changes are included at build time, then ongoing tweaks as part of your plan.
Fit and money
Do you only work with companies in South Carolina?
No. We work with fence companies across all 50 states. Setup is done remotely over one call, your numbers are provisioned in your own area code, and everything runs in your local time zone. We're based in South Carolina; our customers aren't.
I already use Jobber. Does this replace it?
No, and it doesn't need to. Run Linepost up to the signature and keep Jobber behind it.
Is there a contract?
Month to month, 30 days' notice. Setup is one time and non-refundable.
What if I cancel?
We export your data and release your number. Nothing is held hostage.
Why more than Jobber?
Jobber organises work you've won. This wins work you're losing. Different job, different price.
Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and who else sees it.
Short version. We collect what we need to run your account and respond to your leads. We don't sell personal information, and we never share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we are
Linepost is a trading name of Wraith Systems LLC, 44 Sand Fiddler Road, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina 29928, United States. In this policy "we" and "us" mean Wraith Systems LLC. You can reach us at support@linepost.ai.

From our customers' leads and customers
When you use Linepost, we process information about the people who contact your business. We process this on your behalf, as your service provider. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to contact these people.
From our website
Cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may stop working.
How we use it
- To provide, operate and support the service
- To send and receive messages on your behalf
- To bill you and handle payments
- To register your business for carrier messaging compliance
- To improve the product and troubleshoot problems
- To contact you about your account, and about our services where you have agreed
Text messaging and consent
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are handled separately and strictly. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging providers who deliver your messages, and only to deliver them.
Full messaging terms are on our SMS terms page.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the product. Each receives only what it needs:
- Messaging and telephony — to send and receive calls and texts
- Payment processing — to take payment; we don't store full card numbers
- Hosting and infrastructure — to run the platform
- Carrier registration — business details are submitted to The Campaign Registry and US mobile carriers as required for messaging compliance
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale or merger of the business. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and for up to seven years afterwards, as tax and accounting rules require. Message and contact data is kept while your account is active. On cancellation we will export your data to you on request and delete it from active systems within 30 days, subject to backups that expire on their own cycle.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your data we will notify you without undue delay.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP
- Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it, subject to our legal obligations
- Unsubscribe from our marketing emails using the link in any of them
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Email support@linepost.ai and we'll handle it.
Children
The service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date below. Material changes will be emailed to account holders.
Terms of service
The deal between us, in language you can actually read.
Short version. Month to month, 30 days' notice, setup fee is non-refundable. You're responsible for having permission to contact the people you contact. Your data is yours and we'll export it whenever you ask.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you (the business subscribing) and Wraith Systems LLC, trading as Linepost, of 44 Sand Fiddler Road, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina 29928, United States. By subscribing you agree to them.
2. What the service is
Linepost is lead-response and job-management software for contracting businesses. It responds to inbound enquiries, qualifies them, schedules appointments, follows up on estimates, and tracks jobs, invoices and customers. We are a software and setup provider. We are not a marketing agency and we do not generate leads for you.
3. Fees and billing
- A one-time setup fee is due before work begins. It is not refundable, because the work is performed in the first week.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance, on the anniversary of your start date.
- Message volumes beyond your plan's allowance are billed in arrears at the published rate.
- Carrier registration fees are passed through at cost.
- Failed payments: we'll retry and contact you. Accounts more than 14 days overdue may be suspended.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing terms hold until then.
4. Term and cancellation
There is no minimum term. Either side may cancel with 30 days' written notice, effective at the end of the following billing period. On cancellation we will export your data to you and release or port your tracking number on request. We do not refund part-months.
5. Your responsibilities
This section matters more than the rest. You agree that:
- You have the legal right and necessary consent to contact every person whose details you load into or generate through the service
- You will not upload purchased, rented or scraped contact lists
- You will comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state messaging laws, and carrier rules
- The business information you give us for carrier registration is accurate and matches your tax records
- You will not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or prohibited by carriers, including messages relating to controlled substances, high-risk lending, or adult content
- You are responsible for the content of messages you write or approve
If you breach this section we may suspend the account immediately. Carrier violations can affect every customer on our platform, so we enforce it strictly.
6. Our responsibilities
We will set up your account as described, keep the service reasonably available, and support you by email during business hours. We will not knowingly send messages on your behalf outside the workflows you approve.
7. Things outside our control
Message delivery depends on mobile carriers, and carrier filtering, registration decisions and outages are not within our control. We cannot guarantee that every message is delivered, that registration is approved, or that the service is uninterrupted. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, bookings, or revenue.
8. Your data
Your customer data belongs to you. We process it to provide the service and in line with our privacy policy. You may request an export at any time, including after cancellation.
9. Our materials
The software, workflows, templates and message copy we provide remain ours. You get a non-exclusive right to use them while you're a customer. You may not resell, white-label or redistribute them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of section 5, including claims brought by people you contacted without proper consent.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice to the email on your account. Continuing to use the service after that counts as acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, and the courts of South Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction.
